Octopattern

This was a challenge.

It was a chance to practice making a repeatable pattern. But man, it takes forever to make all those marks, and even longer to ensure that the pattern flows together from each edge.

Inspired by zentangles, it's a meditative pursuit.

This was done digitally via the Cintiq. Once complete I could define it as a pattern, then fill a larger file with that repeatable pattern.
