Karen's cat portraits are evocative, funny, and bittersweet. The subjects most often have recently journeyed to The Rainbow Bridge, though that's not a requirement. Working from a series of reference photos and a client's description of the cat (including fave toys and odd habits), Karen crafts a memory that is treasured for many years. Karen is not only adept at the visual depiction of the subject, but painstakingly infuses each work with the cat's PURRsonality.
